We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, an advance payment of 5–10% is required due to our print-on-demand process.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

For returns or exchanges, a PKR 250 replacement charge applies unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Delivery Time

Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation via Whatsapp, SMS or email, including tracking details (if available).

Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Custom Orders

Advance payment is required for all custom-made products.

Incorrect Address

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear images are required for verification.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent and delivery charges reimbursed.
