Shipping policy

At VibeZ9, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and without hassle. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, an advance payment of 5–10% is required due to our print-on-demand process.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • For returns or exchanges, a PKR 250 replacement charge applies unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation via Whatsapp, SMS or email, including tracking details (if available).

  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Custom Orders

  • Advance payment is required for all custom-made products.

  • Delivery timelines may vary and will be shared during order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

  • While VibeZ9 is not responsible for courier delays, we’ll assist you in tracking your order.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • VibeZ9 is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear images are required for verification.

  • Once approved, a replacement will be sent and delivery charges reimbursed.
