What is your return or exchange policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, in original packaging

  • You received the wrong size

Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Do you take advance payments?

Yes.

  • Custom-made orders require advance payment.

  • For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, a 5–10% advance is required due to our print-on-demand process.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please share clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. All requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A PKR 250 replacement charge applies for exchanges.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

When will my return or exchange be processed?

  • Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

  • During sales or busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are only offered if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was sent.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When can a return or exchange be refused?

We may refuse a request if:

  • It is made after 10 days

  • The product shows signs of use or damage

  • The item appears tampered with
