Do you take advance payments?
Yes.

Custom-made orders require advance payment.

For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, a 5–10% advance is required due to our print-on-demand process.

Please share clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. All requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A PKR 250 replacement charge applies for exchanges.

If the item is defective or incorrect, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
When will my return or exchange be processed?

Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

During sales or busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
